De\u0219i suprafa\u021ba cultivat\u0103 \u00een 2023 <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ck.ukrstat.gov.ua\/source\/arch\/2024\/posiv_kat_24.pdf\">a fost<\/a> de 13,9 mii hectare cu 42,37 mii tone, poten\u021bialul de cultivare a acestei culturi este departe de a fi epuizat. \u00cen acest articol vom discuta despre particularit\u0103\u021bile tehnologiei de cultivare a plantei, normele de \u00eens\u0103m\u00e2n\u021bare \u0219i soiuri, precum \u0219i vom \u00eemp\u0103rt\u0103\u0219i sfaturi utile de la speciali\u0219ti.     <\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Sorgul: descrierea culturii<\/h2>\n\n<p>A\u0219adar, ce este sorgul? Este o cultur\u0103 cerealier\u0103 anual\u0103 care apar\u021bine familiei Poaceae. Planta are un sistem radicular fasciculat puternic care p\u0103trunde p\u00e2n\u0103 la o ad\u00e2ncime de 2-2,5 m. Tulpina este \u00eenalt\u0103 (p\u00e2n\u0103 la 3-4 m), dreapt\u0103, cu internoduri bine definite. Frunzele sunt late, lungi (50-90 cm), cu un strat ceros.    <\/p>\n\n<p>Inflorescen\u021ba este un panicul care con\u021bine \u00eentre 800 \u0219i 3000 de boabe de form\u0103 sferic\u0103 sau oval\u0103. Culoarea poate varia de la galben deschis la maro \u00eenchis, aproape negru. Masa a 1000 de boabe este de 20-30 g.  <\/p>\n\n<p>Dup\u0103 caracteristicile morfologice \u0219i destina\u021bia economic\u0103, cultura se \u00eemparte \u00een patru grupe principale:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>pentru boabe &#8211; utilizat pentru produc\u021bia de cereale care sunt folosite ca hran\u0103 pentru animale sau \u00een industria alimentar\u0103;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>zaharat &#8211; caracterizat printr-un con\u021binut ridicat de zah\u0103r \u00een sucul tulpinilor (p\u00e2n\u0103 la 20%), este o materie prim\u0103 valoroas\u0103 pentru produc\u021bia de siropuri, melas\u0103 \u0219i bioetanol;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>ierbos (sudan) &#8211; cultivat ca furaj verde, f\u00e2n sau siloz;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>pentru m\u0103turi &#8211; utilizat pentru fabricarea m\u0103turilor \u0219i periilor de uz casnic.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p>\u00cen Ucraina, cele mai mari suprafe\u021be sunt ocupate de sorgul pentru boabe \u0219i cel zaharat &#8211; acestea sunt plante mai rezistente la secet\u0103 \u0219i c\u0103ldur\u0103 comparativ cu porumbul, astfel put\u00e2nd fi cultivate \u00een regiuni cu umiditate instabil\u0103.<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Productivitatea sorgului<\/h2>\n\n<p>Poten\u021bialul de produc\u021bie al soiurilor \u0219i hibrizilor moderni este destul de ridicat. \u00cen condi\u021bii de umiditate adecvat\u0103 sau la irigare, sorgul pentru boabe poate forma 8-10 t\/ha de cereale, cel zaharat &#8211; p\u00e2n\u0103 la 100 t\/ha de mas\u0103 verde sau 60-80 t\/ha de tulpini. <\/p>\n\n<p>\u00cen condi\u021bii neirigate, productivitatea depinde foarte mult de cantitatea de precipita\u021bii din timpul vegeta\u021biei. Cu 200-300 mm de precipita\u021bii \u00een perioada de vegeta\u021bie, se pot ob\u021bine 4-6 t\/ha de boabe sau 30-50 t\/ha de mas\u0103 verde. \u00cen anii mai seceto\u0219i, productivitatea culturii va fi mai mic\u0103, dar tot mai mare dec\u00e2t la porumb sau floarea-soarelui.  <\/p>\n\n<p>Pentru realizarea poten\u021bialului genetic de productivitate al soiurilor \u0219i hibrizilor moderni, este important s\u0103 se respecte elementele tehnologiei de cultivare a sorgului bazate \u0219tiin\u021bific &#8211; aceasta include pozi\u021bionarea \u00een rota\u021bia culturilor, prelucrarea de baz\u0103 \u0219i presem\u0103nat a solului, sistemul de fertilizare, preg\u0103tirea semin\u021belor pentru sem\u0103nat, timpul \u0219i metoda optim\u0103 de sem\u0103nat, controlul buruienilor, d\u0103un\u0103torilor \u0219i bolilor.<\/p>\n\n<p><em>Citi\u021bi de asemenea: <\/em><a href=\"https:\/\/weagro.ua\/blog\/czukrovyj-buryak-posiv-vrozhajnist-sorty-ta-hvoroby\/\"><em>Sfecla de zah\u0103r: sem\u0103natul, randamentul, soiurile \u0219i bolile<\/em><\/a><\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Tehnologia de cultivare a sorgului<\/h2>\n\n<p>Pentru a ob\u021bine recolte ridicate \u0219i stabile, este important s\u0103 se respecte elementele cheie ale tehnologiei de cultivare a sorgului, adaptate la condi\u021biile pedoclimatice ale regiunii specifice.<\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Sorgul: condi\u021bii de cultivare<\/h3>\n\n<p>Sorgul este o cultur\u0103 iubitoare de c\u0103ldur\u0103 \u0219i rezistent\u0103 la secet\u0103, care suport\u0103 bine deficitul de umiditate \u0219i temperaturile ridicate ale aerului. Semin\u021bele \u00eencep s\u0103 germineze la +8-10\u00b0C, r\u0103sadurile rezist\u0103 la \u00eenghe\u021b p\u00e2n\u0103 la -3\u00b0C. Temperatura optim\u0103 pentru cre\u0219terea \u0219i dezvoltarea plantelor este de +25-30\u00b0C.  <\/p>\n\n<p>Cultura poate fi cultivat\u0103 \u00een toate zonele Ucrainei, dar se simte cel mai bine \u00een regiunile sudice \u0219i estice. Soiurile \u0219i hibrizii mai timpurii pot fi planta\u021bi \u00een Step\u0103 \u0219i Polesie. <\/p>\n\n<p>Cultura nu este preten\u021bioas\u0103 \u00een ceea ce prive\u0219te tipurile de sol. Planta cre\u0219te bine pe cernoziomuri, soluri castanii, nisipoase \u0219i lutoase. Poate rezista la salinitate \u0219i solone\u021buri. S\u0103 analiz\u0103m \u00een detaliu ce factori influen\u021beaz\u0103 acest proces \u0219i cum s\u0103 ob\u021binem r\u0103saduri uniforme \u0219i s\u0103n\u0103toase. <\/p>\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">C\u00e2nd s\u0103 sem\u0103n\u0103m sorgul<\/h4>\n\n<p>\u00cen Ucraina, se recomand\u0103 sem\u0103narea sorgului c\u00e2nd temperatura solului la ad\u00e2ncimea de 10 cm este de +12-14\u00b0C. \u00cen zona de step\u0103, aceasta coincide de obicei cu a doua jum\u0103tate a lunii aprilie, \u00een zona de silvostep\u0103 &#8211; cu prima jum\u0103tate a lunii mai. Sem\u0103natul mai timpuriu se face doar \u00een sol bine \u00eenc\u0103lzit. Sem\u0103natul de var\u0103 (dup\u0103 cerealele de iarn\u0103 sau cele timpurii de prim\u0103var\u0103) este permis p\u00e2n\u0103 la mijlocul lunii iunie.   <\/p>\n\n<p><em>Citi\u021bi \u0219i: <\/em><a href=\"https:\/\/weagro.ua\/blog\/grunt-shho-cze-vydy-ta-jogo-rodyuchist\/\"><em>Solul: ce este, tipuri \u0219i fertilitatea sa<\/em><\/a><\/p>\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Preg\u0103tirea solului pentru sem\u0103natul sorgului<\/h4>\n\n<p>Pentru a ob\u021bine r\u0103saduri uniforme, este nevoie de un strat de sem\u0103nat bine preg\u0103tit. Se recomand\u0103 efectuarea prelucr\u0103rii de baz\u0103 din toamn\u0103, la o ad\u00e2ncime de 25-27 cm. Prim\u0103vara se p\u0103streaz\u0103 umiditatea \u0219i se niveleaz\u0103 c\u00e2mpul.  <\/p>\n\n<p>Prelucrarea presem\u0103nat include cultivarea la o ad\u00e2ncime de 5-6 cm. Aceasta se efectueaz\u0103 cu 1-2 zile \u00eenainte de sem\u0103nat. Pe solurile grele se poate face \u0219i t\u0103v\u0103lugirea \u00eenainte de sem\u0103nat. Dac\u0103 solul este foarte compactat, ar trebui s\u0103 se efectueze o af\u00e2nare sau discuire suplimentar\u0103 la o ad\u00e2ncime de 10-12 cm.   <\/p>\n\n<p><em>WEAGRO recomand\u0103 utilizarea doar a \u00eengr\u0103\u0219\u0103mintelor organice pentru fertilizare. Acestea vor asigura solul cu nutrien\u021bi, vor \u00eembun\u0103t\u0103\u021bi structura acestuia \u0219i vor cre\u0219te con\u021binutul de humus. Gunoiul de grajd, composturile, \u00eengr\u0103\u0219\u0103mintele verzi, preparatele bacteriene sunt eficiente \u0219i sigure pentru sol. Nu se recomand\u0103 sem\u0103narea culturii dup\u0103 porumb, floarea-soarelui, sfecla de zah\u0103r din cauza bolilor \u0219i d\u0103un\u0103torilor comuni. Este permis\u0103 \u0219i sem\u0103narea repetat\u0103, dar nu mai devreme de 2-3 ani.  <\/p>\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Norma de \u00eens\u0103m\u00e2n\u021bare a sorgului la hectar<\/h4>\n\n<p>Norma de \u00eens\u0103m\u00e2n\u021bare a sorgului la hectar variaz\u0103 \u00eentre 200 \u0219i 800 mii de semin\u021be germinabile. Aceasta depinde de:  <\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>grupa de maturitate a soiului sau hibridului (cele timpurii se seam\u0103n\u0103 mai des, cele t\u00e2rzii &#8211; mai rar);<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>metoda de sem\u0103nat (la sem\u0103natul \u00een r\u00e2nduri late de 45-70 cm norma se reduce cu 20-30%);<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>zona de cultivare (\u00een condi\u021bii de secet\u0103 se seam\u0103n\u0103 mai rar, \u00een condi\u021bii de umiditate suficient\u0103 &#8211; mai des);<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>calitatea semin\u021belor (cu c\u00e2t germina\u021bia \u0219i energia de germinare sunt mai sc\u0103zute, cu at\u00e2t mai mult material trebuie sem\u0103nat).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p>Norme orientative \u00een Step\u0103 \u0219i Silvostep\u0103 din Ucraina (milioane buc.\/ha):<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>soiuri \u0219i hibrizi timpurii &#8211; 0,6-0,9;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>medii &#8211; 0,4-0,7;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>mediu t\u00e2rzii \u0219i t\u00e2rzii &#8211; 0,2-0,4.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Modul de sem\u0103nat al culturii<\/h4>\n\n<p>Sem\u0103natul se face prin metoda punctiform\u0103 sau \u00een r\u00e2nduri late cu distan\u021be \u00eentre r\u00e2nduri de 45, 60 sau 70 cm. L\u0103\u021bimea optim\u0103 \u00eentre r\u00e2nduri este de 45 cm, care asigur\u0103 o mai bun\u0103 iluminare a plantelor \u0219i este mai convenabil\u0103 pentru \u00eengrijire. <\/p>\n\n<p>Ad\u00e2ncimea de \u00eencorporare a semin\u021belor pe solurile grele este de 4-6 cm, pe cele u\u0219oare &#8211; 6-8 cm. \u00cen timpul sem\u0103natului este important s\u0103 se asigure c\u0103 materialul este a\u0219ezat pe un pat germinativ ferm \u0219i are un bun contact cu stratul umed de sol. <\/p>\n\n<p>Pentru sem\u0103nat se folosesc sem\u0103n\u0103tori de precizie (pneumatice, cu vacuum) sau universale (pentru cereale, pentru cereale \u0219i \u00eengr\u0103\u0219\u0103minte), echipate cu discuri cu orificii de 3-4 mm diametru. Viteza de sem\u0103nat este de 5-7 km\/h. Prin urmare, controlul eficient al \u00eemburuien\u0103rii este un factor cheie pentru cultivarea cu succes a culturii. Pentru combatere se folosesc metode agrotehnice \u0219i chimice.  <\/p>\n\n<p>M\u0103surile agrotehnice includ gr\u0103parea \u00eenainte \u0219i dup\u0103 r\u0103s\u0103rire, lucr\u0103ri \u00eentre r\u00e2nduri \u00een sem\u0103n\u0103turile \u00een r\u00e2nduri late. Gr\u0103parea preemergent\u0103 cu grape mijlocii se face la 5-6 zile dup\u0103 sem\u0103nat. Gr\u0103parea postemergent\u0103 cu grape rotative u\u0219oare se face \u00een faza de 3-4 frunze c\u00e2nd plantele au 10-12 cm lungime. Lucr\u0103rile \u00eentre r\u00e2nduri cu cultivatoare se fac de 2-3 ori \u00een timpul vegeta\u021biei la o ad\u00e2ncime de 6-8 cm.   <\/p>\n\n<p>Pentru protec\u021bia chimic\u0103 a culturilor se folosesc erbicide de sol \u0219i postemergente. Preparatele de sol se aplic\u0103 \u00eenainte de sem\u0103nat sau imediat dup\u0103. Erbicidele de asigurare se aplic\u0103 \u00een faza de 3-6 frunze a culturii.  <\/p>\n\n<p>Pentru nutri\u021bie trebuie utilizate la maximum \u00eengr\u0103\u0219\u0103mintele organice. Normele \u0219i metodele de aplicare depind de tipul de sol, fertilitatea acestuia \u0219i con\u021binutul de materie organic\u0103. Cel mai bine este s\u0103 se aplice gunoi de grajd fermentat sau compost sub ar\u0103tura de baz\u0103 toamna. Norma este de 20-40 t\/ha. Aceasta va asigura solul cu nutrien\u021bi, va \u00eembun\u0103t\u0103\u021bi structura \u0219i capacitatea de re\u021binere a apei.    <\/p>\n\n<p><em>Citi\u021bi de asemenea: <\/em><a href=\"https:\/\/weagro.ua\/blog\/organichni-dobryva-shho-cze-vydy-ta-normy-vnesennya\/\"><em>\u00cengr\u0103\u0219\u0103minte organice: ce sunt, tipuri \u0219i norme de aplicare<\/em><\/a><\/p>\n\n<p>Pentru fertilizarea foliar\u0103 este mai bine s\u0103 se foloseasc\u0103 biostimulatori organici \u0219i micro\u00eengr\u0103\u0219\u0103minte de origine natural\u0103. Acestea pot fi: <\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>preparate din extracte de alge marine, care con\u021bin fitohormoni naturali, aminoacizi, vitamine;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>acizi humici \u0219i fulvici ob\u021binu\u021bi din leonardit sau vermicompost;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u00eengr\u0103\u0219\u0103minte bacteriene care con\u021bin microorganisme fixatoare de azot, mobilizatoare de fosfor \u0219i potasiu;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>f\u0103in\u0103 din semin\u021be de plante, bogat\u0103 \u00een microelemente naturale precum zinc, mangan, fier, cupru.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p>Aceste preparate sunt sigure pentru mediu, stimuleaz\u0103 procesele naturale de nutri\u021bie ale plantelor \u0219i cresc rezisten\u021ba lor la stres.<\/p>\n\n<p>Pentru protec\u021bia culturilor \u00eempotriva d\u0103un\u0103torilor se folosesc insecticide, iar \u00eempotriva bolilor frunzelor \u0219i putregaiului r\u0103d\u0103cinilor &#8211; fungicide.<\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">C\u00e2nd se recolteaz\u0103 sorgul<\/h3>\n\n<p>Sorgul pentru boabe se recolteaz\u0103 prin metoda \u00een dou\u0103 faze sau direct\u0103. \u00cen cazul recolt\u0103rii \u00een dou\u0103 faze, plantele \u00een faza de coacere \u00een cear\u0103 a boabelor sunt cosite \u00een brazde, care dup\u0103 5-10 zile sunt ridicate \u0219i treieratate. Recoltarea direct\u0103 se face la atingerea maturit\u0103\u021bii depline a boabelor \u0219i sc\u0103derea umidit\u0103\u021bii acestora la 16-18%. Norma de aplicare a conservan\u021bilor este de 3-5 l\/t de materie prim\u0103.    <\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Meiul \u0219i sorgul: diferen\u021ba<\/h3>\n\n<p>Culturile au multe caracteristici morfologice comune, dar difer\u0103 prin propriet\u0103\u021bile lor economice \u0219i biologice. Principalele diferen\u021be \u00eentre mei \u0219i sorg: <\/p>\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Sorgul are un sistem radicular mai puternic \u0219i mai profund, care asigur\u0103 o rezisten\u021b\u0103 mai mare la secet\u0103 \u0219i c\u0103ldur\u0103.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Tulpina meiului este mai sub\u021bire \u0219i mai pu\u021bin frunzoas\u0103. Este mai potrivit\u0103 pentru fabricarea produselor din paie. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>La mei paniculul este r\u0103sfirat, iar la sorg &#8211; compact sau semi-r\u0103sfirat.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Semin\u021bele meiului sunt mai mici, masa a 1000 de boabe este de 5-12 g fa\u021b\u0103 de 20-30 g la sorg.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Perioada de vegeta\u021bie la mei este mai scurt\u0103 (75-115 zile) dec\u00e2t la sorg (90-150 zile).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Productivitatea boabelor la mei este de 3-4 t\/ha, masa verde &#8211; 30-40 t\/ha, care este mai mic\u0103 dec\u00e2t indicatorii sorgului pentru boabe \u0219i zaharat.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Boabele de mei con\u021bin mai multe proteine (12-16%) \u0219i mai pu\u021bin amidon (50-65%), \u00een timp ce sorgul con\u021bine 9-13% proteine, 60-75% amidon.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n<p>\u00cen ciuda acestor diferen\u021be, meiul \u0219i sorgul au direc\u021bii similare de utilizare &#8211; pentru furaj, produse de cereale, furaj verde, siloz. Ambele culturi nu sunt preten\u021bioase la condi\u021biile de mediu, sunt rezistente la secet\u0103 \u0219i temperaturi ridicate. \u00cen Ucraina, ele pot fi cultivate \u00een toate zonele pedoclimatice, dar sunt mai r\u0103sp\u00e2ndite \u00een sud \u0219i est.  <\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Soiuri de sorg<\/h2>\n\n<p>\u00cen testarea de stat din Ucraina se afl\u0103 peste 100 de soiuri \u0219i hibrizi cu diferite direc\u021bii de utilizare. Ace\u0219tia asigur\u0103 un spor de produc\u021bie de boabe de 20-30% comparativ cu soiurile-popula\u021bii. Dar pentru hibrizi este important s\u0103 se respecte agrotehnica zonal\u0103, altfel sporul de produc\u021bie va fi nesemnificativ.  <\/p>\n\n<p>La cump\u0103rarea semin\u021belor este important s\u0103 se acorde aten\u021bie originii, reproduc\u021biei \u0219i calit\u0103\u021bii acestora.
